You will expect to receive the result by post or email within 3 months after the test. If the result is abnormal, you will be informed by the staff of Maternal and Child Health Centre by phone within 2 to 3 weeks after the test.

Moreover, if your result shows Candida infection or bacterial vaginosis, you will receive a letter with information and management of the conditions within 1 month. If you cannot receive any letter or email after 3 months, please contact the respective centre.
