Will I have less milk supply during menstruation?

Exclusive breastfeeding mothers may not menstruate because the breastfeeding hormone suppresses ovulation. However, when the frequency of breastfeeding or milk expression is reduced, breastfeeding hormones drop, ovulation and menstruation will return. Nonetheless, keep in mind that menstruation does not have any direct effect to your milk supply.
