Schedule of the integrated programme

Immunisation：1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months and 18 months old.

First Health Consultation: From birth to below 6 months old.

Growth monitoring and Diet Assessment: Newborn, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 4 years old.

Development Surveillance: Routinely at 6 months, 12 months and 18 months old. Surveillance will also be performed at 2 months, 4 months, 9 months, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years or 5 years old if indicated.

Hearing screening (Automated Otoacoustic Emission): Offer to babies below 4 months old.

Preschool Vision Screening: 4 years old or above.

Parenting education: Antenatal period (AN), Newborn, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months and 18 months old. Guidance would also be given at 9 months, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years or 5 years old if needed.

Parents could also contact Maternal and Child Health Centres for enquiry and arrangement of service if needed.
