Woman Health Service

Clients visiting Woman Health Centres or Maternal and Child Health Centres for Woman Health Service are required to bring along the following documents:

  1. Valid Hong Kong Identity Card *
    For those without, please bring along valid travel documents *
  2. Woman Health Record (for follow up visit only)

* Proof of identity is required.
