Postnatal Service

Clients visiting Maternal and Child Health Centres (MCHCs) for Postnatal Service are required to bring along the following documents:

  1. Valid Hong Kong Identity Card *
    For those without, please bring along valid travel documents *
  2. Hospital discharge card or delivery record card

* Proof of identity is required.
