Cervical Screening Service

Clients visiting Maternal and Child Health Centres (MCHCs) for Cervical Screening Service are required to bring along the following documents:

  1. Valid Hong Kong Identity Card *
    For those without, please bring along valid travel documents *
  2. MCHC Family Planning / Cervical Screening Service Registration Card (for follow-up visits)
  3. Referral letters from the Hospital Authority or follow-up slips issued by MCHCs
    e.g. "Flexible Quota" slip or "FU by doctor" slip (for follow-up visit only)

* Proof of identity is required.
